Dr. Marcea Wiggins is the founder and medical director of SANTÉ Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine in Portland, Oregon, where she has built a practice grounded in biostimulation and a regenerative philosophy of aging well. For more than two decades she has paired clinical precision with an artist's eye, creating natural-looking results that quietly restore rather than overcorrect.
Her foundation is unusually deep for the field: years in emergency and trauma medicine, women's health, hormone management, and medical weight loss before she turned her full attention to aesthetic medicine. That clinical breadth is what she now brings to the next generation of injectors.
